What a great video. I was amazed by how civil the interview was. I think both Mr. Nelson and Mr. Franchi deserve applause for this interview. Mr. Nelson for answering tough questions calmly and truthfully, and Mr. Franchi for asking his questions without being aggressive or combative. Keep up the great work. I look forward to more interviews like this.

Thank you for getting someone that does tell the truth of the private company the Federal Reserve is and how it has manipulated our currancy.
The speaker did not really know the origin of the Federal Reserve as it was the Rothschild family that started this 3rd World Bank as a means to control our control. He also did not know that it was never ratified per the so call dictate of 1913 to get it ratified as well as lying about it having been ratified per documentation. At that time, we went from $2000 in debt to multi-million in a matter of 3 years with the Federal Reserve at the helm. It spoke thunderous volumes and only one man (who was murdered) stood up against the falsehood of this organization.
It has driven our country into bankruptcy with the help of an ignorant president and two more candidates.
The paper house is falling down because there is nothing there to support. We have over spent entirely. The speakers cuteness over not having a ledger is why we are so out of balance on our income and out go.
Wake up people, the Federal Reserve has to go. Let the country go into a depression that we can get out of by our own creativity not by listening to a private company whose own interest is greater than the people of the United States.
WAKE UP. We are sold out. Do call your senator, congressman, vote out encumbants. Vote in business people to correct this stupidity. No more printing money that has nothing of value to it.

Awesome footage- Berny really snobbed you off. The PR guy reminded me of Russo’s encounter with the IRS attourney ( and a bit like the old Alfred from the BATMAN and ROBIN TV show). Seriously, I applaud your efforts- people need to do their research- can we avoid the rolling head scenario? GOD BLESS AMERICA!

This is great, but it won’t have its desired effect just on this website. You need to get this into the hands of Lou Dobbs, Glenn Beck, Larry King, etc.
You also need to get it on YouTube. See if maybe Ron Paul’s account at RonPaul2008dotcom http://www.youtube.com/profile?user=RonPaul2008dotcom would be willing to post it for you. Because they have over 54,000 subscribers, it would cause this information to spread very quickly.

Way to go Republic Magazine!! Finally the truth is coming out about this private banking cartel. I also agree that Mr. Franchi’s professionalism is to be appreciated immensely. Imagine if he had badgered Mr.Nelson with obnoxious accusations, even if Nelson would have answered truthfully, the interview would have lost credibility.

if the federal reserve is the 3rd central bank of the US what were the other 2? when the parts of the checkbook with no ledger and the money being transmogrified (or whatever word he used), it immediately came into my mind that the federal reserve is just a line of credit for the US government. the value of our money (each fed note) comes from the debt that our government owes the fed on that note! not sure if i expressed myself very well or if that last part is very clear but just think about it.

It’s startling the irony that JFK was assassinated and within a year of his assassination, our coins were and are no longer made of real silver.
We should all consider that to be THE “hi-jacking of America by the world banks”. Their “terrorist leader” is the Federal Reserve Board.
There should be no cartel or monopoly for the banks. They’re siphoning tens of billions in interest on the national debt via their cartel.

Your comments really hit home with me. I’ve been studying our economic history for almost a year now, and I’ve realized most folks are ignorant of the scheme, how and why it was started, etc.which only proves that if people want to find out what is really going on, they can find this info with a little digging. The fed is a creature designed to eliminate the wealth of this great country. Manipulated by a few, this behind the scenes cartel is slowly eliminating everyone elses wealth. Keynes admitted his theories are not for the long haul, yet every government economist keeps trying to fit his rational into free markets. Impossible!!

Yes, good job, Gary. However, in your list of recommended reading, I would encourage you to also include Ellen Hodgson Brown’s superb book, WEB OF DEBT, available at her website, http://www.webofdebt.com, which also has supplemental material and various articles by her as well as others.
I would also be interested to know what you, Gary, as well as our colleages here, think about Peter Joseph’s films, ZEITGEST and ZEITGEST ADDENDUM, both of which are available at his website, http://www.zeitgeistmovie.com. Despite Alex Jones’ lambasting of Peter Joseph (and I have respect for Alex’s other work, mind you!), I still think Joseph’s work is worth a look-see.
